Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Enslie, a service of Meier Made, LLC, handles personal information across group MMS, the companion application, shopping features, and support.

Information Enslie handles

Enslie processes phone identity, optional verified email, authentication metadata, consent evidence, eligible group-message context, shared product links and notes, account information, preferences, support requests, and technical security data only as described here.

Before every current participant consents, ordinary messages and product links are discarded rather than sent to product processing, models, trends, offers, or personalization. Relevant product records may preserve the original URL, sharer, group provenance, and permitted note.

How information is used

Enslie uses permitted information to operate group shopping memory, authenticate members, personalize eligible product discovery, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. Raw group conversations are not converted into reusable advertising profiles.

Service providers and commercial partners

Enslie may disclose the minimum information needed to messaging, cloud, identity, security, analytics, model, payment, and merchant providers that help deliver the service.

Enslie does not share SMS opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their unrelated promotional or marketing purposes.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the record's purpose, consent state, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and whether information has been irreversibly aggregated. Withdrawing consent removes eligible rolling context promptly; minimal suppression evidence may remain to honor future opt-out.

Your choices

Email support@enslie.com for privacy questions or to make a privacy request. Enslie may require a verified identity before fulfilling access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

Enslie honors Global Privacy Control and other applicable browser preference signals on its web surface.

Children

Enslie is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. People aged 13 through 17 should use Enslie only with any permission required by their parent or guardian.
